Ok, so as you all much know by know now. JaeJae has been gracious enough to continually run me through heroic after heroic and well my hunter is getting pretty awesome, according to a dps calculator I used recently my dps is nowhere near what I was told originally it should be... But! keep in mind that my hunters weapons are the major suck....

So basically what I'm asking, does anyone know the actual like dps minimum? Because I'm VERY far away from what I was told orig. and I'm not even sure how I could attempt to get there tbh. (I heard 3500 btw)

How does this look as a frost build?

On advice, changing over fire to arcane, this one? It has Clearcasting, which I totally forgot I have...and use and love.

This is a gear/spec rating post. You can post your armory, a link to a character template site (such as ctprofiles.com, wowdigger.com, chardev.org, whatever), or a link to a wowhead or worldofwarcraft.com talent calculator build. (Wowhead tends to be better since worldofwarcraft.com slows to a crawl on Tuesdays)

Please try to check back here over the next couple of days as more people post their armories :) it usually seems that the top 5-10 posts here get a lot of comments, but then people who comment a bit late don't get many comments on their builds, and to be most effective it would be helpful if people keep coming back to give advice.

If you want to know if you are ready for Karazhan, Gruul/Mag, Zul'aman, Tempest Keep, heroics, whatever, please post your armory here and ask, and some officers (and other helpful members of your class) can check out your armory and give suggestions.

Anyone (of any level!) may post asking for advice! We ask that:

A) When giving advice you are respectful of the person you are giving it to. Remember that these people are our guildies :)
B) When getting advice, you realize that just because someone may be criticizing your gear or spec, they are NOT criticizing YOU and are only trying to be helpful

Okay, so I finally hit 70 on Monday (first 70 ever, hooray!), which means, among other things, gearing up to get ready for raids. To that end, I'm powerleveling tailoring for the Frozen Shadoweave set. Right now I'm grinding primals - are there any shadowcloth tailors who aren't using their cooldowns right now? Crin has kindly offered me hers, but the tailoring cooldowns are ridiculously long T.T I've got the mats and can tip.

I also need some gear advice, particularly in the area of spell hit - I've got a fair bit of spell damage already and will get more from the FSW, but my spell hit is still really low. The two-piece bonus on the Mana-Etched Regalia is an additional 35 hit - I'd have to get the gloves and pants of that. Even with that, though, still not quite getting that 164 hit cap.

On the last round of "rate my gear" posts, I got a lot of great suggestions on things to get me ready for Kara. Now I've been to Kara a few times and won a few upgrades. But I'm still kind of lost on what to get on a couple of slots.

I'm open to suggestions on any/all slots but the things I am wondering most about are:

1. Bracers. The find upgrade button only lists 5 bracers, none of which are in Kara/any heroic. Bindings of Lighting Reflexes are obviously hawt, but I'm guessing hearts of darkness aren't cheap. Attuman drops Stalker Warbands which according to my math look better then Felstalker Bracers, but the upgrade page doesn't even list those...?

2. Chest. Opposite problem here: 2 pages of upgrades listed. I have the Felstalker Breastplate and The Breastplate of Rapid Striking. Looks like Nightbane drops a couple (I've never seen him die though). I do have maxxed dragonscale leatherworking, but I don't want to spend a ton of time/money on mats if its an item that would be quickly replaced by a drop.

3. Heroic Badges. I have about 60 badges now. The Crossbow of Relentless Strikes is 150. But I got Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix last night (woot!). so... keep saving for Crossbow, or is there something else that I should buy?

I'm raiding/running heroics and really only soloing for dailies. So its probably time to change a few things around. I'm thinking about switching Endurance for IAotHawk. Or maybe losing Thick Hide instead? since the bonus to Greta's health from Endurance is probably useful? I read somewhere that Bestial Discipline wasn't needed after a certain crit percentage but I don't remember what the percent was. I have Go for the Throat too, maybe I don't need both?

I hadn't played Mogya in a while, only logging on to use her CD, but after I respecced her and put on all of her healing gear I realized/remembered that she has decent gear. I think that I'm going to be brave (seems brave to me when other people do this anyway) and pug some groups as a healer.  I'm not done adjusting her spec or her gear and I could definitely use some advice on spell rotation, what heroics and instances she's geared for (and I might be ready to run), items to acquire, etc.
Also would love to use guild members as guinea pigs  I would also love the opportunity to heal some guild runs!

I have started farming the mats for gear enchants and have a pretty good idea about what is best. The one I'm most puzzled about is her chest enchant. I read that, after one of the patches, the +spirit was the best enchant for chest - opinions?

So, I kinda feel like I need to respec my talent tree. So...I'd like y'all's advice please! (P.S. I made these all up myself...so if they're weird, it was all me!) (P.P.S. We need to have a mage tag! There's one for all other classes.)

This is one...pretty basic, but I think it has all the needed things.

This one has Blast Wave...an extra AoE spell, but sacrifices some in arcane.

This one is a little weird...but I think it's heavily geared towards being an AoE machine. (I'm just curious if this would be a good viable build...I'm not going to go that way.)


This one is only if I'm feeling adventurous...as I've never been a frost mage...ever.

Edit: I want to PvE on Reggie...hopefully coming to Kara when she's finally keyed! I think either my priest or 'lock I might want to try some PvP on.
